Cancellations and Refunds Policy for AQR Events and Courses

Places on AQR events and courses are strictly limited. If you have booked a place on an event or course and are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to offer the place to another applicant. Alternatively, you may send a substitute of your own choosing to take your place on the course. A substitution can be made at any time up to the start of the course, and there is no additional charge for this.

We have a cancellation policy for all AQR events and training courses as follows:

• Cancel with 28 calendar days notice or more
  Either full refund or
  Substitution accepted
  

• Cancel with 21 to 27 calendar days notice
  Either 50% refund or
  Substitution accepted
  

• Cancel with less than 21 calendar days notice
  No refunds are available, but
  Substitution accepted

For events and courses priced at £50 or less, no refunds are available, but we will accept substitutions.

Please note, when making a substitution, if the person who originally booked the event or course is an AQR member and qualified for the Discounted AQR Member Price but the substitute is not a member, the difference between the Discounted AQR Member Price and the Standard Price will be payable.
