Hospitality is at the heart of everything Collette does, having learned exceptional customer service, client liaison and attention to detail during her12 years in luxury hotel account management. It has been easy to transfer these invaluable skills to her role at BEAM Fieldwork as Senior Project Manager and as leader of a team of continually developing PMs. she likes to keep her team, participants and clients sunny-side up and always aim to maintain a positive perspective.
