I am a Managing Partner and experienced Director with a proven track record of leadership in the market research industry. As an expert in global data collection, I excel at connecting companies with their exact target audiences across complex international markets. My foundational expertise includes 16 years as Operations Director at Kadence, where I provided the vital strategic link between fieldwork services and insight teams while securing and maintaining world-class ISO 9001 and ISO 20252 certifications.

In 2016, I co-founded Dynamic Fieldwork Ltd, which proudly celebrates its 10-year anniversary this year. Across my career, I have developed a robust professional skill set spanning advertising research, comprehensive market research, survey design, and competitive intelligence. I thrive on a collaborative, hands-on problem-solving approach, personally overseeing intricate global projects from initial design and kick-off through to the final deliverable. By prioritising a deeply personal touch, I build trusted internal teams and foster enduring, long-term partnerships with global vendors. I also offer limited working proficiency in Danish to support international coordination.

Outside of research, I am married with two children. When I am not spending time with family, I can be found out on the golf course, travelling to follow Liverpool FC away games, or catching the latest releases as a regular resident at my local Light cinema.
