Rushaa Hamid

Rushaa leads Toynbee Hall's research work, bringing lived experience to the centre of projects and ensuring that research is translated to positive social change. During her five years at Toynbee Hall, she has specialised in Participatory Action Research, leading several largescale research projects using this approach. Prior to Toynbee Hall, Rushaa worked as Special Projects Manager at polling firm Survation where she built new methodology for reaching ethnic, religious, and other minority communities in the UK.
