I am a Fellow of the Market Research Society and an Accredited Trainer specialising in qualitative research skills, thinking and methods. Despite dramatic changes in qual over the last decades, there are enduring skills in building relationships, managing bias, awareness of self and others, and focused problem solving that form the basis for best practice. In a lifelong career, I have moderated thousands of focus groups, delivered workshops and trained both research agencies and buyers in all aspect of qualitative research.
