Annabel Chatwin

Start writing I’m a Senior Design Researcher at Industry of Us, with a background in product design and experience across health-tech, service, and digital experiences.

Previously the sole user researcher at Emm, a VC-backed femtech start-up, I led 100+ studies shaping a world-first smart menstrual product and connected app. My work spanned usability testing, journey mapping, diary studies, longitudinal trials, and stakeholder engagement, all grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and evidence-based design.

I’m especially drawn to tackling a complex design challenge in health and mission-led spaces.
