Daniela Bertoncini

Daniela Bertoncini is the Founder and Managing Director of Massive Wave Research, with 15 years’ experience in the market research industry.

She began her career in recruitment before progressing through project management to senior project management roles, later moving into sales and commercial positions, as well as holding a Director role at a boutique fieldwork agency. Daniela has worked across both the supply and client side of the industry, including roles at M3 Global, Cello Health Insights (now Lumanity), Field Scope Int, and FG Connect. She also spent time working as a freelance consultant prior to launching Massive Wave Research in 2024.

This varied career path has given Daniela a well-rounded perspective on market research processes, enabling her to understand both client expectations and operational delivery in depth. Her expertise lies in international fieldwork, where she has built a trusted global network of partners over many years. Known for her collaborative approach, she specialises in delivering complex, multi-market studies with confidence and precision.
