Emma Kirk is Chief Commercial Officer at User Vision, a leading UX and accessibility consultancy, where she helps organisations design and deliver inclusive, evidence-based customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. With over three decades’ experience in insight, strategy and experience design, she specialises in turning qualitative research into clear commercial decisions, partnering with brands and public sector bodies to improve journey design, service performance and business outcomes.
At User Vision’s Edinburgh viewing facility, User Vision Focus, Emma works closely with clients and moderators to create seamless, insight-rich research sessions, ensuring the environment, tech and support all enable teams to observe, listen and act on what customers really need. She is particularly interested in how qualitative research, UX and accessibility intersect, and is a strong advocate for inclusive research practices that represent diverse users.
She regularly champions the value of UX and accessibility in industry forums, helping raise the profile of research-led design within organisations of all sizes.
