Lian Mico

With over 13 years in research, Lian has research expertise across a wide range of sectors, with broad knowledge of various quantitative and, in particular, qualitative methodologies. In 2021, Lian moved laterally into Delivery Development where she empowers her global colleagues to be their best and most efficient selves whilst enjoying a flourishing and gratifying career in the industry by developing, improving, and executing delivery resources and processes alongside quality and L&D initiatives.
