With more than 35 years in market research, Lisa Holt brings a rare depth of experience to everything she does. She's worked both client-side and agency-side, giving her a rounded, pragmatic perspective that clients genuinely value.
Lisa began her research career at SMRC, working with the ChildWise research panel, before moving into media research at Archant, where she built and ultimately headed up the group insights team. She then specialised in events and customer experience research at Vivid Interface, before founding Zing Insights Ltd on 4th July 2011, a date that feels appropriately independent-spirited.
Zing is a full-service market research agency based in Norfolk, specialising in events and exhibitions research and customer experience; helping organisers improve visitor and exhibitor experiences, reduce churn, grow their events and maximise profitability. Lisa's heart, though, lies firmly in qualitative research, where her ability to draw out real, nuanced insight truly shines.
