With a background in local press Advertising Management and Training, I made the transition into the world of Market Research 15+ years ago when I joined the Plus Four Market Research family in a Marketing & Business Development capacity. Working across all divisions; Plus4, The Qualitative Centre, The Qualitative Lab, The Field Division, The Analysis Solution and The International Connection. For the last 10 years or more I have also Managed Plus Four's own viewing facility The Qualitative Lab, co-ordinating both Plus Four's projects in the facility and hires, making sure every aspect of our client's visit / project runs smoothly. I am passionate about maintaining the reputation for quality research that Plus Four has built up over the last 50+ years for creating meaningful and actionable insights, and for The Qualitative Lab where we have been creating a great environment in which to hold successful qualitative research, and looking after our clients', their clients, moderators and respondents needs for over 35 years.
